Getting started with Envestir is straightforward and takes less than ten minutes from account creation to your first trade. This guide walks you through every step of the process so you can begin investing with confidence.
The first step is creating your account. Visit the Envestir registration page and enter your email address along with a strong password. Once you verify your email, the app will automatically generate a Solana wallet for you. This is your personal, noncustodial wallet that only you control. You will be shown a 12-word recovery phrase — write this down and store it somewhere safe. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose access to your device.
Next, you need to fund your wallet with USDC. Envestir supports card deposits, making it easy to convert your local currency into USDC directly within the app. Simply navigate to the Wallet tab, tap Deposit, choose your preferred payment method, and enter the amount you want to add. The USDC will appear in your wallet within minutes. You can also send USDC from another wallet or exchange by using your Envestir wallet address.
Once your wallet is funded, you are ready to make your first trade. Head to the Market tab to browse available assets. You can choose from over 50 tokenized U.S. stocks, major cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, and SOL, or ETFs. Select the asset you want to buy, enter the amount of USDC you wish to spend, review the trade details, and confirm. The swap is executed through the Jupiter aggregator and your new tokens will appear in your portfolio instantly.
